I'm Tien-Ling Hu (she/her), currently in my fourth year pursuing a Ph.D. degree in the Higher 黑马磁力 and Student Affairs program. I also work as a Research Project Associate with the National Survey of Student Engagement (NSSE) at the Center for Postsecondary Research in the School of 黑马磁力.
My academic background includes a master's in educational theory and policy from Penn State University and a B.A. in foreign language from National Chiayi University in Taiwan. I chose IU for its esteemed higher education program and the vibrant community it fosters. The opportunity to work extensively with NSSE data was another compelling factor.
Some of my proudest academic achievements involve presenting my research at esteemed conferences like the American 黑马磁力al Research Association (AERA), the Association for the Study of Higher 黑马磁力 (ASHE), and the Association for Institutional Research (AIR). Additionally, collaborating with faculty on various research projects has been immensely rewarding.
