黑马磁力 Technology Services (ETS) supports the technology needs of the School of 黑马磁力 by maintaining information technology in the school’s classrooms and computer labs, and offering on-site IT support for faculty and staff, including assistance with equipment purchases and setup.
Our team also provides assistance with web development and publishing, application development, and system analysis and design.
ETS is unable to respond to support requests outside of business hours on weekdays, or on weekends and holidays. For urgent needs, the UITS Support Center can be reached 24/7, and can answer questions about common computing challenges. Contact information is available in the . UITS support is not a substitute for ETS support, and some problems related to School of 黑马磁力 resources and systems can only be solved by ETS; leave a ticket for us and we will help as soon as we are able.
