You are encouraged to meet with an advisor during drop-ins prior to submitting this form. Below are the criteria to qualify for a School change to the School of ºÚÂí´ÅÁ¦.

Option 1:

• • Enrollment in a. EDUC-G 203 Communication for Youth Serving Professional or EDUC-W 200 Using Computers in ºÚÂí´ÅÁ¦; AND b. EDUC-F 110 Windows on ºÚÂí´ÅÁ¦.
• • An overall IU grade point average (GPA) of 2.5 or higher (unless the candidate is in their first semester of undergraduate education).

Option 2:

• • Enrollment in a. EDUC-G 203 Communication for Youth Serving Professional or EDUC-W 200 Using Computers in ºÚÂí´ÅÁ¦; AND b. EDUC-F 110 Windows on ºÚÂí´ÅÁ¦.
• • Students may certify into the School of ºÚÂí´ÅÁ¦ with under a 2.5 GPA in the given situations (See an education academic advisor for details before submitting this form.)

NOTE: For students completing a teacher education program which leads to a teaching license, you are requesting only to transfer to the School of ºÚÂí´ÅÁ¦. Transferring is separate from applying for admission to the Teacher ºÚÂí´ÅÁ¦ Program (TEP). You must meet program-specific requirements for admission to the TEP in order to receive permission to enroll in upper level block courses.
